Short Story: How Self Defense Made a Difference
One day, a third-grader from Sylvan Beach came to class. He felt scared at recess. A bigger kid teased him each day. After a few weeks, he stood tall. He used clear words and stepped away from trouble. The teasing stopped. His mom said he now walks to school with a friend and helps classmates too. That change began with a simple lesson on speaking with confidence.
