Programs for Kids, Teens, and Adults

Kids Program

Kids practice safe moves. They learn to stand tall and speak up if they face bullies. Our Break Free From Bullying program uses role play and a buddy system. Little students gain confidence and kindness. New friendships happen in every class.

Teens Program

Teens learn self-defense moves that work on the street. They also get tips on de-escalation, fitness, and resisting peer pressure. Our classes turn shy teens into leaders who can handle real world situations. Gym time and games make fitness fun.

Adult Program

Adults sharpen situational awareness and street safety. Whether you walk to work or jog in the park, you learn to spot danger early. You try sparring drills and build strength. Each move has a purpose. Your mind and body get stronger.

Learn Real-World Self-Defense Skills

Our system blends seven martial arts styles. That mix makes our moves work when you need them most. Instructors teach safe falls, strikes, blocks, and holds. You learn to react fast and stay calm in tense moments. Each step is taught at your pace.

Build Confidence and Discipline Together

Martial arts classes teach respect for others. They also teach respect for yourself. Parents see kids stand taller and speak louder in class. Teens stop doubting their power. Adults feel proud of every new belt. Each student learns to focus. Life skills grow at every belt test.

What to Expect in Your First Class

You don’t need any gear or past experience. Wear comfortable clothes. Arrive a few minutes early to meet our instructors. We start with simple stretches and warm ups. Then the whole family learns a basic self-defense move together. Be ready to have fun.

If you feel nervous, that’s normal. Our Hall of Famer Grand Master Chris Yaeger teaches with patience. The Pasadena Police Department and SWAT team trust his methods. You and your child will feel safe in class.

Short Family Story

One night after school, a dad and his daughter walked into class. The girl had a rough day at school. She felt small and alone. By the end of class, she stood tall. Her dad smiled as she showed him a wrist escape move. Next week, she led her little brother through the warm up. That was a big change. They still talk about that class.
